I am delighted I got you guys as a friend. I experienced happy, sad and stressful days within my six months internship here in Philippine. Words can’t say everything, but I do appreciated your kindness, help, encourage, and sharing your time and experiences with me. Just being as my friend means a lot to me. I murmured what I feel about all the time, but you guys were so patient and gave me some brilliant ideas and suggestions. "Siomai" is the Chinese "Dim Sam"; they named as in Filipino language. "Master Siomai" is the food cart business brand and their products are slightly different with other siomai brands. I think "Master" is better in taste than any other siomai brands in Metro Manila area. Well....may be just my own thinking but I really like it and I can't stay away from that :)

I watched 3 movies straight away. It was fun and all of the movies which recommended by my friend were great, but a little tired after all. Ah!!!! Got a headache too. Oops.....2:35 am already. Time to sleep now...........

What a Boring Day!

Yesterday, I went to P.M.C.F's Christmas Party the whole day. So, I decided to take a rest today and I am not going to P.C.C.F's Christmas Party. They will also speak in Chin Language which is one of the drivers not to go there. Well! Over relax. Morning till noon was OK! I was updating my facebook account. Playing games on facebook. It was fun. Then, I went to sleep :)

After all, NO MORE THINGS to do! I even boring to watch movie. When I updating my hi5 account, I found out that I should do some slides from slide.com. I didn't touch slide for ages. So I got one for myself and It was fun. Ya Ya...my fotos of course. If you don't want to see this, nevermind. I just want to fresh up my boring day. That's all.

Counting Mai's Blessings through Year 2009

1. Mai is in good health, still in good look, and good style.
2. Mai was able to participate and arrange in her students' major trip in March.
3. Mai was capable to manage her Church Youth Camp with her CE fellows in April.
4. Mai participated in Y.C.B.C.Y.F activities till end of July.
5. Mai was able to upgrade her English Skills in the first few months of the year.
6. Mai got new camera by accident.
7. Mai got a chance to come and study in Philippine.
8. Mai got tons of new friends.
9. Mai's parents and her little brother are in good health.
10. Mai learned a lot of different new things for her life to be mature.

Thanks God for all of my blessings......

Balut

This is Balut. A chicken and an egg, all in one. Well, actually a duck if you must really be pedantic about it. In most of the places around Philippine, Balut is so much popular. Every early night around 8:00 pm, I hear the lyrical cry of "Baluuuuttt" in my village. Every time, I noticed the sound because I knowledge that "Balut" is good in something especially for men and I smile myself all the time when I heard it. Then, I also interested why they selling early night instead of early morning. I really conscious about it.

I tried one a few months ago. It was not too my delectation, but to be fair this was a mental thing really. Taste is fine, but the look. Last Thursday, I tried again in the small party at my friends' house. At that time, I felt tasteful. Then again on last Sunday night, my teeth was tearing out when I heard the sound "Baluuuttt". I bought two baluts and ate up before it gets cold. Now.I realized that I will miss Balut when I go back.

Tonight....I spent more than three hours to edit my photos with Photofunia Application. You can easily get this application free from www.photofunia.com I really like it. I spent the whole night, but it was worth it. I enjoy editing my photos and I can't stop watching my edited photos again and again. Some are pretty, some are cute, some are lovely and some are funny. Blow Job

Forget the name, this Shooter is absolutely delicious and very popular. Here in Philippine, they changed the name into "Billy Jean". For me, "Blow Job" sounds better though. I heard that rounds of blow jobs being made at the bar more often than any other shooter. The customary way to shoot a Blow Job is to place your hands behind your back, pick the glass up with your mouth, tilt your head back and drink. It doesn't look pretty but it is fun, although I haven't resorted to that method for some time.

Last night we went to the bar and one of my friends ordered "Billy Jean". She can't finish it because it was strong so I just help her, ha ha....nice try.

Ingredients:

1/4 oz Bailey's Irish cream liqueur
1/2 oz Amaretto almond liqueur
whipped cream

Preparation:

Pour the liqueurs into a shot glass.
Top with whipped cream.

Weng Weng

Ingredients:
* 1 jig gin
* 1 jig vodka
* 1/2 jig rum
* dash scotch
* dash brandy
* orange juice
* pineapple juice
* dash gernadine syrup
* orange slice
* cherry

Directions:
Pour gin, vodka, rum, scotch, brandy, orange juice, and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake well and pour into glass with gernadine syrup. Garnish with orange slice and cherry.

Well! This evening, I hanged out with my friends near the River Bank and we went to the restaurant called Dencio's Bar and Grill. It was so nice! All the Filipino Foods are good too..Arr Weng Weng Cocktail! "Weng-Weng" is Filipino Cocktail who invented by a Chef called Erwin via Weng Weng. Now! I'm in love with Cocktails! I will go and try some news at Dencio! Cheerrrrrrr............

I hope you got so much fun already!
Well! You might need some tips for that, coz you are more like a foreigner right now.
If I were you, I will go to............

1) Inn Yar Lake bank (well! you already been there today!) You know, it is better to walk along the bank late at night with someone.
2) Kyar Zan Chat (it is my favorite food and Hle' Dan's Kyar Zan Chat is the best)
3) Ocean Super Center (You can shop there and you can also get freshly baked burmese desert there! All of the foreigners plus citizens love to eat those fresh and clean food or you can also get from City Mart.But I prefer Ocean!)
4) Boyoke Market (Come on! This is foreigner attraction place and I also went there once a month.) You can also get Traditional dresses and Souviners there!
5) YKKO Kyae O (One more food! Kyae Oo...I like YKKO better than any other, I will go and eat right away when I went back.) There are a lot of branches around Yangon. You can find it in everywhere.
6) Monte (Cook and Eat Rakhine Mote at home or other places. You know our church is very good in cooking Rakhine Mote. Probably you can eat during christmas time. They usually cook during Christmas parties.)
7) Kawae Chan Mote Hinn Khar (You can ask your friend to go and eat.)
8) Tea Shop (May be Ka Dae Kyawe: infront of our street. This is my spot. I usually go and sit with my friends. Food are not good, but good to go and chat with friends and you will feel real taste of Myanmar.)
9) Yoe Da Yar Zay (Don't forget to go there and look around! It is real nice to look around people selling different kind of foods and things! For me, I love to hear the way they pursuade customers to buy things..........I love that.)
10) Party (You can set up a small party with your friend in any places! Get drunk.)

11) Don't go every caroling! You will tired of it. If I were you, I might not go every carol! Choose one or two only, other days just take a rest and be host. I know they will try to call you every single night. Huuu....
12) If somebody ignore you, just let it be! Actually they really want to know your situation! Hee Hee
13) People will say that "You are look so fat now!" Don't mind it, coz it is official greeting in Myanmar, but I really hate that! Garrrrr....
14) You don't need to treat every time to your friend, just let them treat some time. You are not their Boss, you are just their friend. Ask them to treat!
15) Hey! Please take a lot of photos including you. Photos can tell every single things that you don't even notice!

Christian Ways to Reduce Stress

1. Pray.
2. Go to bed on time.
3. Get up on time so you can start the day unrushed.
4. Say no to projects that won’t fit into your time schedule or that will compromise your mental health.
5. Delegate tasks to capable others.
6. Simplicity and uncluttered your life.
7. Less is more. (Although one is often not enough, two are often too many.)
8. Allow extra time to do things and to get to places.
9. Pace yourself. Spread out big changes and difficult projects over time; don’t lump the hard things all together.
10. Take one day at a time.
11. Separate worries from concerns. If a situation is a concern, find out what God would have you do and let go of the anxiety. If you can’t do anything about a situation, forget it.

29. Take your work seriously, but not yourself at all.
30. Develop of forgiving attitude (most people are doing the best they can).
31. Be kind to unkind people (they probably need it the most).
32. Sit on your ego.
33. Talk less; listen more.
34. Slow down.
35. Remind yourself that you are not the general manager of the universe.
36. Every night before bed, think of one thing you’re grateful for that you’ve never been grateful for before.
